Rhabdomyolysis is a table after strenuous muscular exercise. This clinical form constituts with traumatic and non-traumatic causes. Especial-ly, hypovolemia and acidosis prepare to acut kidney injury. In our case we reported a patient increase muscle enzymes [creatinine phospho-kinase (CPK), lactate dehidrogenase (LDH) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) etc] after strenuous muscular exercise and dehydratation with acute renal failure. It was observed with correct diagnosis and renal replacement treatment positive clinical response.
